Author Guidelines
Authors must adhere strictly to these instructions and use the template provided. Submit manuscripts exclusively through the journal's online portal. Prepare two files: (1) anonymized main manuscript (no author details) for blind peer review, and (2) title page with full author details, acknowledgments, and statement of conflicts of interest.
A. Main Manuscript (no author details)
Format & Margin
Microsoft Word (.docx), 1-inch margins on all sides, justified text.
Typography
12-pt Times New Roman, Double-spaced.
Word Count
6,000–10,000 words (excluding references, tables, figures).
Abstract
≤250 words
B. Title Page (Separate File)
Title Constraints
List full title (≤20 words, title case, no abbreviations); running head (≤50 characters).
Author Details
Names, affiliations, email, ORCID Number for all authors, corresponding author details, and word count.
Acknowledgements & Ethics
Include acknowledgments and statement of conflicts of interest on this separate title page.
Abstract and Keywords
Structure
"Write a structured abstract with subheadings: Background, Objective, Methods, Results, Conclusion. Avoid citations, abbreviations (unless standard), and trade names."
Constraints
- Max 250 words
- Use present tense for objectives
- Use past tense for methods/results
Keywords: include 4-6 keywords, lowercase and separated by commas.
C. Main Text Structure
Organize the main text structure as Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion (IMRaD), followed by the references. Use numbered headings: Level 1 (centered, bold, title case), Level 2 (left-aligned, bold), Level 3 (indented, bold italic). The manuscript must not exceed 9000 words.
Introduction
800–1,500 words
State the research problem, rationale, objectives/hypotheses, and literature gap and end with study purpose.
Methods
1,000–2,000 words
State the research design, participants/sample, materials/instruments (reliability/validity), procedures, data analysis and ethics.
Results & Discussion
2,000–5,000 words
Report findings objectively. Use subheadings for clarity. Interpret results, compare with literature.
Conclusion & Recommendations
300–500 words
Address limitations, suggest implications for future research.
Tables and Figures
Tables Guidelines
"Use Portrait orientation with a maximum of 10 columns with no vertical or horizontal rules except the top and bottom. Put the title above the table (in sentence case, italic) and the notes below."

Figures Guidelines
"Use a minimum resolution of 300 dots per inch (DPI). Grayscale or colored (CMYK) is acceptable. Put the title below the figure (in sentence case); ensure that the caption explains all symbols."

D. References (APA 7th Edition)
"List a minimum of forty sources published in the last ten years. Arrange in alphabetical order by first author surname. Use hanging indent (1.27 cm). DOI is required for all articles. Capitalize only the first word of the title and write it in sentence case."

The following statements should appear after the references:
Ethical Approval
"Ethical standards are followed in the research."
Author Agreement
"The author confirms that he has prepared, written, and approved the final version... affirms that the work is original."
Declaration of competing interest
"The author affirms that, after due diligence, no potential conflicts of interest or ethical threats were identified..."
AI Declaration Statements
"During the preparation of this work the author(s) used [NAME TOOL / SERVICE] as used in [REASON]. After using this tool/service, the author(s) reviewed and edited the content as needed and take(s) full responsibility for the content of the publication."
